Final exam information
The final exam will be divided into two parts:
Part 1 will be based on the chapters we have covered in the course book, chapters 1-8 (20 questions taken from the book).
Part 2 will be writing a letter from class (a complaint letter). The instructions will be given in the exam.

Final exam information
Please arrive so that we can start promptly. Please bring your student card. The exam should take between 30-60 minutes. There will be 25 questions based on the chapters from the book
General Rules
- Sign in is for each class
- Do not use phones for social networking in class. Phones can only be used for dictionaries or course materials.
- Do not sign in your friends in the morning or you will lose your attendance score.
- Do not copy or cheat.
- There are no re-takes permitted for this course. If you fail the course or miss the exam then you must re-take it when it is next offered.
