• Discussed RP (Received Pronunciation) and GA (General American)

• Did exercises 2.1-2.4 and went through the answers
  

• Arranged the groups
  

• Introduced 2 IPA symbols    /æ/ rat        and        /eɪ/    pay
  

• Did an exercise on finding the target sounds in our names.
