- Re-capped where we are at in terms of structure in the class (hook+definition of key terms+thesis statement which includes an opinion)
- Looked at counter arguments and the sort of language that can be used when writing them (see below for examples from class students)
- Did an introduction and mind map writing exercise (see below)
- Looked at the best examples from above
- Quiz 2 will be on Saturday in the afternoon
