Presentation results
The presentation results are now online. Click here to see them. I will sign in the people from the previous group who waited today (sorry I didn't get chance to do the attendance earlier)...but thanks for coming. PS Well done to the group that got 20...that may have been the very best presentation I have seen since I have worked at IIS.
Time of exam on Monday 30th
Get here for 9am. We will start shortly after
Location of exam
Same room....NMB 403
Dictionaries in the exam?
Dictionaries are not allowed. This is due to the danger of people cheating by copying notes into it. It is safer if everyone does not have a dictionary and therefore everyone definitely does not cheat. The focus will be on essay skills and structure, not spelling (although it will have some impact)
Attendance
You are only allowed to miss 1 class. If you miss more than that you are not eligible to take the final exam (according to the recently enforced IIS rules). Please speak to the office if you need more information about it.

Tips:
- Keep PPT slides simple and short with only key information
- Do not read a script (notes are OK but do not rely on them)
- Keep videos short (1-2mins maximum) if you use them
- Be prepared and practice beforehand so your presentation is not too long and not too short (you are allowed + or - 1 minute)
- Check with me if you are unsure about anything beforehand
- Prepare your presentation on the computer during break or before the presentations start so that it is ready. If you are unprepared then it will affect your score.
